White storks, pelicans, chimpanzees, hippopotamus, dromedaries, kangaroos, giraffes... The Maubeuge Zoo Park within the town walls covers nearly 7 hectares and has more than 500 animals. The Zoo Farm gives small children the chance to stroke donkeys and sheep. Picnics welcome.
