What's around Dunkerque?

Come along and cast off for a half-day out at sea!

Set off on a discovery trip on a sailing boat in the company of a fully-qualified professional skipper and with free loan of all equipment (oilskins, boots, life-jacket) and a special family rate of 80€ (instead of 165€) for the boat for the half-day or 18€ per person (instead of 36€). Please note: maximum of 6 persons in all on the boat.

You’ll also have the options of a day, weekend or week-long cruise in a sailing vessel.

And let me point out also that there will be a host of different water-based activities on offer for children and adults alike : introductory sessions and courses in sand yachting, kite surfing, windsurfing, funboard surfing, catamaran sailing and more. Just check in advance on any minimum age requirements!

In Bray Dunes, there is even a multi-activity package where you can find out at first hand about dinghies and other sailing activities (minimum age: 8 years old)

In Gravelines, you can take a trip out to sea aboard an old sailing ship, spend a day fishing on a former trawler, or spend the day at the fantastic “Paarc des Rives de l’Aa” leisure complex where you can enjoy canoeing, pedalboating or rowing. You could even cycle to the town walls in Gravelines and hire a boat there!

And if it’s the blue of the sky that you prefer, then there are introductory pleasure flights and parachuting courses also on offer!
